For God's sake!

I need to get the hell out of here. What's the use of all the study, the market experience, the insights, the inputs, the intelligence, if all they want is two lines describing how so and so will achieve a higher pay level if they sell three more cards everyday?

I want a complex campaign aimed at a highly specialized target, a new viral campaign, to launch a revolutionary product in a never-heard-before non-conventional media...

I want to CREATE!!!
